Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Occasional overtime may be required Job Overview We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Kit Assembly Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assemble customer kits by pulling products, verifying quantities, and packaging items according to established instructions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in accuracy and quality. Responsibilities Pull and organize products to create customer kits. Identify correct items and quantities using visual schematics and verbal instructions. Package products into designated boxes according to specifications. Stack completed kits onto pallets and/or load them into FedEx trailers for shipment. Maintain accuracy and quality standards throughout the assembly process. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads. Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift. Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day. Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to lift 25-30 lbs overhead. Ability to read and understand SKU and UPC numbers. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
