Qualified Staffing is hiring dependable warehouse associates for a growing distribution facility in Richmond, VA. This blended position combines order picking, packing, sorting, material handling, and general warehouse support.
What You'll DoPick customer orders accurately using computerized order information and pick ticketsVerify products, quantities, and item numbers before packing and shipmentPack products securely to prevent damage during transportationSelect appropriate box sizes and packaging materialsSort outbound shipments by carrierOrganize pallets and staging areasLoad, unload, move, stack, and organize inventoryReplenish inventory and restock picking locationsSafely operate pallet jacks and dolliesAssist shipping, receiving, packaging, and other warehouse departmentsMaintain productivity, quality, and accuracy standardsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeFollow all warehouse safety proceduresWork collaboratively with teammatesPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForWarehouse, picking, packing, sorting, or general labor experience preferredStrong attention to detailBasic computer skillsPallet jack experience is a plusReliable attendance and strong work ethicMust be able to lift 40 pounds on a continual basisAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Work With Qualified Staffing?
