As a Food Production Line Worker you're an important role for ensuring the quality and efficient preparation of fresh, frozen and packaged food creations. Matern Staffing is hiring Food production line workers for a food manufacturer in Fredericksburg, Va. The Production Line Worker ensures the timely flow of raw materials and packaging to and from the production area following good manufacturing practices and food safety to assure production of safe, quality product.

Assembler duties:

Ensure safe, timely and efficient transport of raw materials and packaging Rotate frozen items according to thaw schedule to ensure proper thaw time prior to production Move finished product from the production floor to the order selection area and/or freezers Follow food safety and manufacturing practices

Assembler Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic math skills and ability to speak/write English material handling experience with ability to lift 50 pounds to chest height on a consistent basis Withstand a cold work environment Stand, bend, push and pull for 10-hour shift Pass 7 year background check Matern Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer Matern Staffing is a
