In this role, you will be responsible for manually order picking Starbucks inventory and operating an Electric Pallet Jack Rider in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Manually pick customer orders accurately using pick sheets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems. Operate an Electric Pallet Jack Rider safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Build and organize pallets according to established guidelines and productivity standards. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy. Prepare orders for shipment while maintaining product quality. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials as needed. Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards. Meet daily productivity and performance goals. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
