Production Packer:

Read and interpret detailed production work orders to assemble, glue, and package fabricated foam products to exact customer specifications. Apply industrial adhesives accurately to bond foam layers and components prior to final assembly. Perform diverse production operations, including product wrapping, baling, packaging, light press operation, and industrial sewing. Verify product dimensions, cuts, and tolerances using standard tape measures and precision measuring devices. Package, box, label, and palletize finished orders for staging and warehouse distribution. Maintain daily 5S workplace organization standards across workstations and perform general production housekeeping. Follow all facility safety rules, PPE protocols, and group lead instructions promptly and thoroughly. Details for

Starting at $17.50 / hour.

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Core Day Shift with weekends OFF!).

Environment:

Fast-paced, clean manufacturing and fabrication plant.

Production Packer:

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to follow written and verbal work orders. Proficient measuring skills—comfortable reading tape measures and verifying part dimensions accurately.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 hours and repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs . Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse environments is preferred. Familiarity with 5S principles, light machine/press operation, or industrial sewing is a PLUS . Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt morning punctuality, and dependable teamwork.
