Duties Efficiently pick and pack customer orders Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy lifting gear to move materials safely Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling with manual handling techniques and adherence to safety protocols Assist in stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and maintaining organized storage areas to optimize warehouse distribution Conduct quality control checks on picked items to verify accuracy before packing for shipment Follow safety procedures consistently while operating heavy equipment and using personal protective equipment (PPE) Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and manual handling best practices Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Excellent attention to detail for barcode scanning, order picking, packing, and quality control tasks Physical stamina for heavy lifting, extended standing, walking, and manual handling throughout shifts Prior experience in shipping & receiving or materials handling is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in warehouse distribution!
