What You'll Do Create & Build:

Cut and assemble wooden pallets using powered and hand tools. Package with

Care:

Prepare, package, and crate products for safe shipping.

Stay Sharp:

Verify part quantities and types against customer orders and spot shortages before they become issues.

Own Your Work:

Follow shop orders, collaborate with leads, and keep production flowing.

Drive Efficiency:

Meet or beat production goals while maintaining top-notch quality.

Think Safety First:

Operate tools and equipment responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.

Keep It Organized:

Practice 5S principles and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

Grow & Improve:

Participate in continuous improvement activities and cross-train in other areas. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic math and measuring skills (we'll help you sharpen them!). Comfortable with PCs for scanning and data entry. Ability to read and follow instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request). Skilled with tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
