Packer 2 Job Description We are seeking motivated General Production Workers, Machine Operators, and Warehouse Team Members to support day-to-day operations in a busy manufacturing environment. In these roles, you help keep production running smoothly and safely by handling materials, operating equipment, and performing basic quality checks. Opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shift, with a lot of 3rd shift openings, and training is provided for many tasks so you can grow your skills on the job. Responsibilities Assist with daily production and warehouse tasks to support smooth and efficient operations. Operate basic equipment and machines, with training provided to ensure safe and effective use. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products throughout the facility. Perform packaging, packing, and assembly tasks as needed to meet production goals. Essential Skills Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions carefully. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials for the duration of the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic in a production or warehouse environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general production, packaging, or assembly is helpful but not required for many roles. Familiarity with machine operation or machine operating tasks in a manufacturing environment. Experience with forklift operation or other material-handling equipment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
