Production Packer/Operator -

Blown Film Pay Range:

$18.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Shifts Available 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM +$1.25/hour shift differential 3rd

Shift:

Monday night-Saturday morning | 10:00 PM-6:00 AM +$1.40/hour shift differential Position Summary We are looking for experienced Production Operators and Packers with a background in blown film manufacturing . Pay will be based on previous blown film experience, equipment knowledge, skills, and qualifications. Employees with strong production experience may have the opportunity to advance from Packer to Production Operator based on their experience, performance, and ability to successfully operate the equipment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor blown film production equipment. Set up and adjust equipment to maintain production standards. Monitor film quality, thickness, and appearance. Make adjustments to equipment and process settings as needed. Follow production orders, work instructions, and SOPs. Perform quality checks throughout the production process. Identify and report equipment or production issues. Assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety, GMP, and SQF requirements. Complete required production and quality documentation. Work with the production team to meet quality and production goals. Qualifications Previous blown film experience strongly preferred . Manufacturing or production experience. Experience operating manufacturing equipment. Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to stand for the majority of the workday. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to bend, kneel, push, and pull. Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
