The ideal candidate would have experience operating sit-down forklifts to load and unload delivery trucks, pick orders using RF Scanners, and palletizing orders for pickup and delivery. This first shift position pays $22/hour, with benefits following the 90-day probationary period. Responsibilities The duties of the Order Picker are, but not limited to: Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and completeness Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Perform inventory cycle counts as assigned Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized storage areas Conduct quality control checks to verify product condition and order accuracy before dispatch Support shipping & receiving activities by loading trucks and managing incoming inventory Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order picking processes and improve overall workflow Ensure compliance with safety protocols during heavy lifting, load & unload procedures, and materials handling tasks Maintain accurate records of inventory movements within the warehouse management system Requirements The requirements for the Order Picker are: 2+ years in warehousing or logistics 1+ year of forklift Ability to lift 50-75lbs Experience with RF scanners is a strong plus
