Full-Time | Rotating Shifts Start your career with Wyo‑Ben and join a Wyoming‑based manufacturing and mining operation focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. We're hiring dependable, motivated individuals for a Packer role in a fast‑paced production environment. No experience required—training provided. What You'll Do Fill bags to required weights and palletize finished product Shrink‑wrap pallets and move materials using forklifts Maintain a clean, safe work area Follow MSHA safety standards and operating procedures Work closely with the production team What We're Looking For Ability to read, write, and perform basic math Willingness to learn equipment and forklift operation Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally) Available to work rotating shifts Work Environment Working in a fast-moving production environment Standing, lifting, and working around machinery Exposure to outdoor weather conditions Compliance with safety, PPE, and Respiratory Protection Program requirements Reasonable accommodations are made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions, unless doing so would cause an undue hardship.
