$130,000-$145,000 Base + Bonus We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing organization seeking a Purchasing Manager, Capital Projects to support a large-scale industrial operation. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with significant exposure to senior leadership and direct ownership of capital procurement initiatives. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing approximately $50M in annual capital project spend , supporting equipment, construction, and site expansion activities. Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing and procurement activities for capital equipment, construction, and facility-related projects Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing vendor performance Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management teams Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and project delivery objectives Support site growth initiatives and major capital investment projects Develop sourcing strategies that ensure project timelines and financial targets are achieved Qualifications 4-6+ years of procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience focused on CAPEX spend Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, building materials, chemicals, mining, heavy industry, or related environments Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills Proven ability to manage multiple capital projects simultaneously Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
