Headquartered in Southern California, QGA is committed to establishing a premier nationwide supply chain network by directly interfacing with FAA-certificated teardown enterprises, Part 145 repair stations, and ASA-100 accredited distributors across the United States, providing comprehensive, high-standard rotables and structural components for all commercial Boeing and Airbus aircraft platforms. Position Overview As the primary lead for our nationwide aerospace sourcing operations, you will report directly to the CEO. You will oversee commercial aircraft rotable components, large-scale airframe teardown packages (Teardown Lots), and high-value rotables technical evaluations and direct purchasing negotiations across the United States, while establishing and enforcing a rigorous supply chain quality management system compliant with FAA AC 00-56B and ASA-100 airworthiness standards. Key Responsibilities

FAA & ASA-100

Supplier Sourcing, Qualification & Auditing:

Extensively source, evaluate, and conduct on-site audits of qualified aircraft dismantling facilities, FAA Part 145 repair stations, and ASA-100 accredited stockists across major aviation and boneyard hubs nationwide (including California, Arizona, Florida, etc.); maintain and update the company's Approved Vendor List (AVL) in accordance with

standards.

Commercial Fleet Teardown Bidding & Bulk Procurement Negotiations:

Lead commercial bidding, pricing negotiations, and Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) executions for airframe structural components, avionics, landing gears, and engine accessories supporting Boeing (B777/B787/B737) and Airbus (A330/A350/A320) aircraft models; collaborate closely with the parent entity's engineering division to verify part numbers and interchangeabilities against Boeing/Airbus Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC) and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM).

Airworthiness Compliance & Documentation Traceability Control:

Conduct rigorous pre-purchase technical reviews of airworthiness documentation to ensure every incoming component is accompanied by an authorized airworthiness release certificate ( FAA Form 8130-3 dual-release / EASA Form 1) and Non-Incident Statements (NIS); enforce full Back-to-Birth (BtB) trace verification on life-limited parts (LLPs) to strictly eliminate Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUP).

Cross-Border Sourcing Coordination & Team Guidance:

Coordinate with the CEO on annual procurement budget allocations, third-party escrow settlement workflows, and fund disbursements; align with overseas airline parts demand requisitions, directing junior procurement personnel on international air cargo handling, Dangerous Goods (DG) declarations, and in-transit tracking. Qualifications & Strict Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Technology Management, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (holding an FAA Airframe & Powerplant [A&P] license or a Master's degree in an aviation-related field is highly preferred).

•

Industry Experience:

Minimum of 5 to 7+ years of progressive, verifiable hands-on experience in commercial aerospace parts procurement, aircraft teardown lot transactions, rotable asset management, or aviation MRO supply chain within the United States.

•

Airworthiness & Regulatory Standards:

o In-depth understanding of US Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR Part 21, Part 121, Part 145), FAA Advisory Circular

, and the ASA-100 Civil Aircraft Parts Quality Management standard. o Demonstrated proficiency in verifying and auditing FAA Form 8130-3 , EASA Form 1, CAAC AAC-038 certifications, and Life-Limited Part (LLP) Back-to-Birth traceability records.

Aircraft Technical Competence:

Proficient knowledge of ATA chapter breakdowns, specifications, and component parameters across commercial Boeing (B777/B787/B737, etc.) and Airbus (A330/A350/A320, etc.) fleets.

Commercial & Cross-Cultural Skills:

Proven track record in closing high-value commercial supply contracts and managing cross-cultural collaborations; ability to coordinate across international time zones and travel nationwide for on-site facility audits and parts inspections ( travel requirement: 50%-60% ).
