Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to help drive our operations with innovative procurement strategies. Responsibilities Spearhead the procurement process for IT Software, Hardware, and Services, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational scaling and efficiency through strategic CRM, ERP, and SaaS procurements. Develop and maintain key strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to support market growth. Negotiate costs and terms to optimize total cost of ownership for the organization. Streamline the source-to-pay process in conjunction with finance and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and execution. Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field. Over 8 years of experience in strategic procurement and indirect category management. Minimum of 4 years experience in technology sourcing, including hardware/software networking and service agreements. Strong strategic sourcing and contract negotiation skills, with a proficiency in analyzing opportunities and financials. Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders thoughtfully and effectively. Preferred Skills Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration or Engineering. Experience in the autonomous vehicle or high-tech safety-critical industry.
