Type:

full-time We are seeking a Materials, Purchasing & Inventory Manager to oversee purchasing, material sourcing, inventory control, and related documentation. This role ensures materials are available when needed while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting production and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Purchase and source materials based on customer orders, production needs, and inventory levels. Monitor suppliers, pricing, lead times, deliveries, and open purchase orders. Maintain accurate daily and perpetual inventory records, including customer-specific programs. Identify and resolve inventory shortages, excess inventory, and discrepancies. Source materials and prepare cost estimates for samples and special projects. Manage purchasing, receiving, and inventory transactions in Fishbowl. Maintain purchase orders, packing lists, COCs, and other required documentation. Coordinate material availability and sample shipments. Communicate with Production, Customer Service, Accounting, Management, suppliers, and customers. Support process improvements and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Experience in purchasing, inventory, materials management, or manufacturing preferred. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-up skills. ERP/inventory system experience; Fishbowl preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Bilingual Spanish required
