Academic Influence Building Publish research outcomes in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.) and journals to elevate the institute's academic reputation. Expand the international academic cooperation network and lead academic events such as workshops, competitions, and seminars. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Coordinate with technical, product, and commercial teams to drive the industrialization and application of research achievements. Establish joint laboratories with leading industry enterprises to promote co-construction of the technological ecosystem. Job Requirements? Academic Background PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related disciplines. 10+ years of research experience with working experience at world-class universities, laboratories, or corporate research institutes. Published 20+ papers in top-tier journals/conferences (including Nature sub-journals, TPAMI, NeurIPS, etc.), or led major key research projects. International academic influence is highly preferred, such as serving as conference chair, journal editorial board member, IEEE/ACM Fellow, etc. 2.Management Experience 5+ years of experience managing research teams (team size ? 20), with expertise in interdisciplinary collaboration.
