Job Description
Infrastructure Products and Services (IPS) delivers innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality infrastructure solutions across the full Plan-to-Deliver lifecycle, from category strategy and supplier operations through capacity delivery, advanced technology, and site services. Category Sourcing Managers sit at the core of that lifecycle. You will set multi-year category strategies, lead sourcing and negotiation, own the commercial terms and agreements that underpin supply, develop and sustain executive relationships across the supply base, and manage supplier performance. Securing supply, optimizing total cost of ownership, and enabling the on-time delivery of critical infrastructure at global scale. You will own one or more categories within Meta's data center power and cooling portfolio, including high, medium, and low voltage distribution (switchgear, transformers, breakers, busway, panelboards, etc.), power generation, air and liquid cooling technologies, modular power and cooling assemblies, and power storage. You will partner closely with engineering, supply chain, and construction to align supplier capability and technology roadmaps across Meta's global data center footprint.
