Job Description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous improvement of procurement strategies that support the Operations organization and broader business objectives. This role provides strategic leadership across sourcing, supplier performance, contract management, risk mitigation, and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring continuity of supply for materials and services. The Procurement Manager serves as the primary procurement partner to internal stakeholders and leads supplier relationship management activities to drive value, performance, innovation, and service excellence. This role requires strong commercial acumen, project leadership, and cross-functional influence to ensure procurement strategies align with operational needs, market dynamics, and company goals. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership, improve supplier performance, mitigate supply risk, and enhance procurement processes. The Procurement Manager also provides leadership in market intelligence, strategic sourcing, and supplier development while fostering strong collaboration across Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, and other key business functions. This position will report to a Senior Procurement Manager.
