Job Description Arrow Electronics is seeking a Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to drive sourcing excellence across our global wholesale technology supply chain. In this role, you will lead end-to-end contract strategy-from RFP/RFQ development and vendor selection through negotiation, execution, and renewal-ensuring optimal cost, performance, and risk management. Partnering with legal, finance, and operations, you will standardize terms, enforce compliance, and leverage data and market insights to optimize spend. This is a high-impact, collaborative position in a performance-driven, innovative culture with strong career growth potential. Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for technology and wholesale trade categories Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, terms, and SLAs Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies to reduce cost and risk Manage contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and business units on contract terms Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Analyze spend data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions Support global procurement standards, tools, and best practices Identify and mitigate supply, commercial, and compliance risks Contribute to process optimization and digital procurement improvements Required Skills Strategic sourcing Contract negotiation Contract lifecycle management Supplier management Category management Risk management Cost analysis and optimization RFP/RFQ development ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Compliance and regulatory knowledge
