Job Description
Job Description Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Analytics & Reporting Architect to design and optimize BI solutions supporting our global wholesale technology business. You will lead end-to-end data architecture for enterprise reporting, partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and KPIs. Responsibilities include integrating complex data sources, improving data quality, and standardizing reporting frameworks. You'll collaborate across functions to deliver actionable insights that drive performance, customer success, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. Responsibilities Design and maintain end-to-end BI and analytics architecture for enterprise reporting Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into data solutions Develop scalable data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs Integrate and standardize data from multiple internal and external sources Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting environments Optimize performance of reporting platforms and data warehouses Provide analytical insights to support strategic and operational decisions Partner with cross-functional teams on analytics best practices and data literacy Required Skills Business intelligence architecture Data modeling SQLETL development Data warehousing Reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) Requirements gathering KPI and dashboard design Cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Data governance and quality
