Indirect Procurement Manager Mirion - 3.3 Atlanta, GA Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Stakeholder relationship building Stakeholder management Full Job Description As a global leader in radiation safety, detection and measurement, Mirion Technologies is advancing radiation safety through innovative technologies and solutions. The Indirect Procurement Manager will support Mirion's global procurement organization by leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and spend management initiatives across indirect categories. This role will partner closely with Procurement, IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, Engineering and business stakeholders to drive value through competitive sourcing, supplier management, and contract optimization. The position will play a key role in expanding procurement's influence across the organization and help increase spend under management. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Lead competitive sourcing events across indirect spend categories. Conduct supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, and commercial negotiations. Support supplier selection and contract award recommendations. Identify opportunities to consolidate suppliers and improve commercial terms. 2. Business Partnership & Opportunity Development Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify sourcing opportunities and procurement-led value creation initiatives. Challenge existing purchasing practices and introduce competitive sourcing strategies. Support business functions in developing procurement strategies for new and existing supplier relationships. 3. Procurement Transformation Support initiatives that expand procurement's influence and increase spend under management. Drive adoption of procurement best practices, sourcing methodologies, and governance processes. Support the Indirect Control Tower by helping review incoming requests, track approvals, and coordinate stakeholder input. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management. Experience leading sourcing events and supplier negotiations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience supporting indirect spend categories and working across multiple business functions. Key Deliverables Execute sourcing projects that deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and commercial value. Increase procurement involvement in indirect spend decisions across the organization. Expand spend under management through proactive stakeholder engagement and sourcing activities. Improve supplier competitiveness, contract terms, and overall supplier performance.
