Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the hospital's supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, vendor relationships, cost control, and product sourcing. Ensures timely availability of quality supplies while identifying cost-saving opportunities, utilizing GPO contracts, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires a team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with all facility departments to support efficient operations and quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred but will consider high school diploma or its equivalent plus experience. Excellent computer skills a must. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, and internet software, plus order processing systems are needed.
