Pay package discussed upon application; comprehensive benefits package including insurance options, malpractice coverage, and more What You'll Do Provide anesthesia services for diverse procedures including orthopedic, endoscopic, ENT, ophthalmology, general, OB/Gyn, podiatry, and urological cases Manage anesthesia blocks, epidurals, and other pain management techniques Collaborate with surgical teams and staff to ensure patient safety and comfort Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided Work in a busy surgical environment with approximately 360 cases per month Support the facility's anesthetic needs during scheduled hours and optional call shifts Prepare, monitor, and recover patients post-procedure as required What You Need Valid Kansas CRNA license or relevant state license Minimum 1 year of professional CRNA experience Proficiency in anesthesia techniques including blocks and epidurals Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work standard shifts and avail for call shifts if interested About the Assignment Join a busy, well-established medical center in Pratt, Kansas, known for its collaborative team and diverse case mix.
