Key Responsibilities:
Maintains a clean, professional appearance at all times. Demonstrates consistent, prompt, and reliable attendance. Responsible for inventory counts and accurate record-keeping. Handles physical tasks such as sacking feed, loading, and unloading grain trucks. Operate and monitor feed mill equipment to ensure efficient production processes. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns. Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to specified formulations. Maintains strong attention to detail and ensures accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and internal records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet safety standards. Record production data and report any discrepancies or equipment issues. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems and implementing solutions. Support quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and safety. Flexibility to work variable schedules, including different days, shifts, and overtime as needed.
Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience in feed manufacturing preferred Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy loads Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
