Chemours is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to join our growing Capital Procurement team. This position will report directly to the Capital Procurement leadership - Capital Projects and will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support capital investments across chemical manufacturing facilities, including plant expansions, reliability and maintenance, HIPD , environmental compliance, regulatory projects, and major capital initiatives. This role will partner closely with site project teams, engineering, construction management, finance, legal, risk management, manufacturing stakeholders, EPC / EPCM providers, and key suppliers to ensure compliant, competitive, and value-driven procurement execution from FEL -1 through project closeout. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Lead end-to-end procurement activities for capital projects from FEL -1 through project closeout, including sourcing, bidding, contract execution, logistics, and supplier management. + Develop and execute procurement strategies supporting capital projects, plant expansions, maintenance, turnarounds, asset integrity, and regulatory initiatives. + Partner with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and
