Job Description
Our client in Kansas is seeking an experienced Cardiologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment, beginning Nov 20, 2026. This inpatient role involves rounding and consults Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, complemented by comprehensive weeknight and weekend 24-hour call responsibilities. Responsibilities and Duties Manage inpatient General Cardiology cases. Provide hospital service rounding, consults, and scheduled procedures. Respond to calls via phone within 5-10 minutes and in person within 30 minutes for emergencies. Cover hospital General Cardiology during weekends and holidays as needed. Perform TEE and Cardioversion procedures. Additional Information Board Certification in Cardiology is required. Experience with Epic EMR system.
