This is a hands-on position that combines client account management, trade show project coordination, logistics, and human resources. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, show organizers, general contractors, production teams, warehouse staff, and employees. Duties Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners throughout exhibition and trade show projects. Prepare booth quotes and assist with project planning prior to production. Coordinate booth layout submissions, EAC documentation, and show-required plans to ensure compliance with exhibition regulations. Review show rules, regulations, deadlines, and requirements and communicate them to internal teams. Coordinate show site services, including electrical, rigging, and other required services. Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, shipping schedules, marshaling yard requirements, and show move-in/move-out timelines. Communicate logistics schedules, deadlines, freight instructions, and pickup requirements to internal teams. Manage recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination. Prepare employment offers, contracts, onboarding documents, and personnel files. Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain accurate and confidential personnel records. Assist with employee relations, attendance matters, disciplinary actions, and performance documentation. Support payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related activities. Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Perform other administrative, operational, and project-related duties as needed.
