Job Summary Our client is seeking a Sourcing Manager - IV to join their team! This position is a 26 week contract, 100% remote. Pacific/Central/Mountain time zones are preferred. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation and execution to deliver optimal value and terms Execute main service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and order forms Define commodity and supplier strategies Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities Analyze supply market and current supply base Build business case Build RFx and auction Negotiate contract provisions Track and report category performance against targets On-board suppliers Conduct supplier performance reviews Monitor contract execution Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience required (10+ years is preferred) Experience in Indirect Procurement required Experience Leading RFP/RFI processes Candidates with Marketing experience are especially encouraged to apply Experience supporting complex or strategic sourcing initiatives Leveraged AI-powered procurement tools, spend analytics, and market intelligence to generate insights, identify savings opportunities, and support data-driven sourcing decisions Strong analytical skills and competency with Excel are required Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation and execution Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience is preferred Experience in Indirect Procurement is strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $54.00 per hour Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
