This role is vital in ensuring a seamless supply chain process, maximizing inventory turnover, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in purchasing vehicles online from auctions and managing the recon process from A to Z. Duties Oversee the end-to-end online vehicle purchasing process from several auctions statewide. Manage warehouse distribution activities related to incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are front line ready. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics to transport vehicles using Central Dispatch. Manage a team of porters a mechanic and a detailer to organize work flow daily. Requirements Proven experience in online vehicle purchasing from auctions. Managing the recon process to get vehicles frontline ready. Get shipping quotes to sales people and schedule shipping when a deal is complete. Parts ordering, organization and manage work flow. Assist General Manager with any tasks to complete sales and move units. Work with multiple vendors to complete vehicle recon. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders across functions.
