As an Assistant Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Associate Sourcing Manager to assist with the product management of programs including time and action calendars, cost and cost negotiations, and vendor communication. Partner with Associate Manager on seasonal Sourcing recaps, flow plans, costing information and vendor placements. Work closely and supports Associate Manager on lead times to maximize flexibility and speed for initial orders and reorders. Assist in analyzing costs based on corporate cost direction. Assists in reviewing development timelines to support production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Reviews and solves delivery and production issues/options with merchants/designers as they arise. Monitor and track, Proto, line adoption and photo samples to calendar milestones dates and all sample, fabric, and CAD development tracking.
