The employee in this job serves as a procurement advisor to

WVMA CFMO

Training Site Branch Chief as a procurement analyst, responsible for processing a wide range of procurement actions, including commodities, services, construction contracts, design contracts, and associated change orders, through the CFMO Procurement Branch and the West Virginia Purchasing Division. This role is critical in ensuring all procurement activities for the West Virginia Army National Guard's facilities are compliant with state regulations and National Guard Bureau requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or substitution) and Four (4) years of full-time experience in public procurement, contract administration, or a related field.
