Birmingham, AL Job Details 2 hours ago Qualifications Project coordination Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Position Summary The Program Coordinator/Data Lead manages the day-to-day operations of A.C.T.I.O.N., including opioid overdose reversal medication (OORM) procurement and distribution logistics, training coordination, partner communication, and performance data reporting across all four regional clusters of the twelve-county service area. This position oversees the project's Community Health Workers, ensures accurate and timely data collection, supports

reporting, and leads the project's continuous quality improvement process Key Responsibilities ? Coordinate OORM procurement, inventory, and distribution logistics across four regional clusters and community partner sites. ? Schedule, track, and support delivery of overdose-recognition and OORM-administration trainings for traditional and non-traditional community sectors. ? Maintain the project's electronic data system and ensure timely, accurate entry of distribution, training, response, and referral data, in coordination with the Data Analyst/Evaluator. ? Prepare quarterly data summaries for the Local PDO Advisory Council and support SAMHSA Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS) annual target-setting and quarterly reporting. ? Serve as day-to-day point of contact and direct supervisor for the four Regional Community Health Workers. ? Build and maintain relationships with community partner organizations, including Inspire, The Recovery Den, Capstone Health, and Friends of Recovery Alabama (FORA). ? Support convening of the Local Community Prevention Collaborative and help develop training and distribution strategies. ? Monitor cluster-level performance data monthly and recommend or authorize adjustments, such as reallocating OORM stock or scheduling supplemental trainings. ? Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. ? Experience managing federally funded prevention programs and performance data systems. ? 3+ years of community organizing or coalition-building experience preferred. ? Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to travel regularly across Alabama's 4th Congressional District, including rural counties. ? Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm; occasional weekends and evenings for community events
