Windows Unlimited, 1247 Hwy 253, Winfield, AL 35594 Published July 16, 2026 Category Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Job Type Full-time Position Level Bachelors County Marion, Walker Description •$2,000 RETENTION BONUS• The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment. We are currently seeking a self-motivated professional who will be responsible for the overall functioning of the Day Programs in Winfield and Jasper, Alabama, for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This includes the coordination of program services, compliance with all standards of operation by regulatory agencies, and supervision of direct service staff and their compliance with expected competencies. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field. 1-3+ years of experience QDDP certification and/or prior QDDP experience preferred. Current/Valid driver's license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing. Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Pay Rate:
This will be discussed during the interview.
Schedule :
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7-3.
