The role partners with Air Operations, Product, Engineering, business teams, and external partners to define and prioritize requirements, simplify processes, and drive capabilities from discovery through implementation and adoption. Success requires strong air freight and global logistics expertise, knowledge of transportation technology platforms, and the ability to lead through influence, navigate complex cross functional environments, and deliver measurable improvements in execution, visibility, scalability, and operational performance.
