Monday-Friday (hours TBD); Weekly hours/week TBD; 9 month calendar.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTION
This position is responsible for providing more direction 1:1/1:3 supervision of a student/students. This position will assist children as they participate in recreational/sports activities, arts and crafts, environmental projects and various off-campus trips; and the redirection/reflection of student behavior and choices. The Aide will interact with and supervise children during play and enrichment activities. Exhibit an attitude of positive reinforcement. Be a positive role model. Provide input and assist with coordination of program planning with site staff. Be responsible for assigned activities. Provide assistance when requested by other staff. Preserve the quality and condition of all equipment and materials used by FACTS. Ensure that all safety measures are followed at all times. Follow all DHS, DES and NSLP regulations and FUSD policies and guidelines. Have knowledge of handling payments submitted by parents. Arrive at work site prior to schedule shift start time prepared to start work. Other duties as assigned.
Program Hours of Operations Monday- Friday AM Session:
6:45am-7:30am
Monday- Thursday PM Session:
2:00pm-6:00pm
Friday PM Session:
11:15am-6:00pm Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities except in the absence of the Enrichment Specialist and/or Assistant Enrichment Specialist and if appointed by site Enrichment Specialist to take temporary charge of the program. (Must meet minimum DHS requirements to be assigned this role.) Qualifications, Education and/or
Experience:
Ability to complete each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to work the daily hours assigned by the FACTS Program. High school graduate or GED; higher education preferred, but not required. Must be 18 years of age. Certifications, License, Registrations Current CPR/First Aid Certification. Current Mantoux TB test or Staff Negative Attestation of TB Infection. Current, valid, IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Arizona Early Childhood Registry.
