Client Engagement Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, client-facing Client Engagement Manager to help lead execution across one of our most visible and fast-moving client relationships. This role sits at the center of client communication, internal coordination, project leadership, and delivery. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders including marketing and business leaders while partnering internally with Decision Counsel leadership, strategy, creative, content, and technology teams to ensure complex initiatives move from concept to execution successfully. This is an execution-first role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in keeping work organized, aligned, and moving forward at a high level. The ideal candidate is organized, decisive, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident working directly with both clients and internal teams. Responsibilities Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders and internal teams Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through Lead the coordination and execution of multiple client initiatives running simultaneously across teams and disciplines Translate client direction and strategic priorities into clear project plans, briefs, timelines, and deliverables Facilitate project status meetings, identify risks or blockers early, and help drive solutions before timelines are impacted Coordinate with creative, content, strategy, and technology teams to ensure high-quality delivery Manage priorities, timelines, budgets, and expectations across multiple workstreams Support major programs and events requiring cross-functional coordination and detailed execution oversight Help improve operational clarity, project workflows, and team coordination over time Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, client engagement, or similar agency/client-facing roles Agency experience strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and executive-level clients Strong problem-solving instincts and a proactive mindset Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
