SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIESNone
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulating, organizing, and monitoring interconnected projects Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives Coordinating crossproject activities Leading and evaluating project managers and other staff Developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities Applying change, risk, and resource management Assuming responsibility for the programs personnel and vendors Assessing program performance and aiming to maximize ROI Resolving higherlevel project scope issues Preparing reports for program directors Communicating with customers regarding the status of orders and projects Communicating with various departments and senior management to obtain necessary information
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE BS/BA
in management or a relevant field is a plus Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident [green card holder], or other status as defined) Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar managerial role Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage Outstanding leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent problemsolving abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with others
