  • Full-time In the assigned Job Role of Program Management Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop and implement a detailed program management plan, securing sign-offs from sponsors and ensure adherence to processes.
Identify new clients and opportunities and contribute to proposals and RFPs in collaboration with Sales team and support in creating collaterals and business case charters for client interactions. Deliver complex business and technology programs by collaborating with consulting teams, to enable achievement of business transformational goals. Coordinate with track owners to compile scope documents and secure stakeholder sign-offs. Create and manage a master schedule with key milestones and dependencies and ensure compliance with system implementation plans through quality audits and continuous improvement reporting. Manage change requests by facilitating impact analysis, planning change management meetings and ensure updation of relevant change control documentation for appropriate tracking and monitoring. Establish risk tracking mechanisms, propose mitigation plans, and engage with stakeholders to address risks. Monitor contract parameters, build partnerships, and ensure program dependencies are managed effectively. Manage FTE requirements and onboarding processes while tracking infrastructure needs, and foster team development through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives. Participate in cross-unit initiatives and support continuous improvement plans. Represent the organization in industry forum and contribute to professional publications.
