School Year Part-Time After School Enrichment Program Lead/ Primary School Professional-Lake Elsinore, CA Pay:

$20 per hour As the Enrichment Program Lead for the Lake Elsinore programs you will provide extra support where needed, cover classes when there's a call-out, and help troubleshoot day-to-day issues. Additionally, you will serve as a vital liaison between the Lake Elsinore team and the Area Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping lifelong memories that children will cherish within a dynamic environment built on innovation, excitement, and adventure. Our mission is to inspire a sense of wonder and exploration while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for the team. We are looking for individuals to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community, warmth, and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child. Also, ensure each team member feels supported and valued. Location(s): 5 elementary schools (Ronald Reagan, Wildomar, Donald Graham, William Collier, Lakeland Village) and 1 middle school (David A. Brown).

Schedule:

Elementary hours 12:15 PM - 5:15 PM; Middle school hours 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM.

Must be at least 18 years old. Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs. Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
