Job Description
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The Program Manager is responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness for assigned accounts.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and developing project plans.
- Manage the activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time.
- Review status with the customer and the management team.
- Understand and drive written understanding of the project and develop Contract/MSA terms with customer and the business development team.
- Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations.
- Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams.
- Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion.
- Ensure timely implementation of ECOs.
- Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues.
- Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
- Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
- Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
- Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development.
- Understands Kamet offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Kamet products or services.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
All DepartmentsEXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree in Business or related field and/or Certificate in Project Management required, BA/BS degree preferred.
- 1-2 years experience Customer Relations.
- Good working knowledge of computers, esp. Excel, Word.
- Quick Learner, Good at multi - tasking, Works well under pressure and with quick deadlines.
- Good English Language Verbal and Written skills.
- Work well in a high-pressure environment.
