$22-$36 per hour DOE About Us Neighborly Pest Management is a fast-growing regional pest control company focused on teamwork, professionalism, and customer service. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and task-oriented individual to support our leadership team and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and helping others stay on track. This role is designed for a "doer" — someone who takes initiative, follows through, and helps execute tasks efficiently. Position Summary The Program Facilitator will support the executive and management team by assisting with scheduling, administrative coordination, task follow-up, and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. The right candidate does not need to be a decision-maker, but should excel at organization, communication, follow-through, and completing tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate schedules and leadership calendars Help track and follow up on important tasks and check-ins Assist with spreadsheet management and reporting Support chemical tracking and reporting processes Serve as a point person for time card coordination Assist with service scheduling Track fleet and new truck processes Manage PTO calendar updates Coordinate office supply orders Handle printing, flyers, and door hanger coordination Process insurance certificates Coordinate company events, rallies, and meetings Run occasional business errands Support leadership with various administrative and operational tasks Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic office software Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable transportation Administrative experience preferred, but not required Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and proactive Highly dependable Task-oriented and efficient Comfortable supporting multiple team members Enjoys helping teams stay organized and productive Looking for a long-term growth opportunity with a growing company Benefits Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Paid training Company events and team activities PTO and additional benefits may be available based on experience 401k with matching
