$26-$28 per hour Position Summary Inspire Together is seeking a strong, mission-driven leader to serve as a Program Supervisor for our San Bernardino location. This role is responsible for overseeing all program operations within the site, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing direct supervision to program staff. The Program Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring that all services align with the organization's mission, compliance standards, and community impact goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of programs at the San Bernardino site Ensure services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in a client-centered manner Monitor workflows and implement improvements to enhance program performance Serve as the primary point of contact for site-level operations and issue resolution Directly supervise Lead Case Managers, Case Managers, and program staff Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to team members Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment, communication, and accountability Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees Ensure all programs comply with organizational policies, funder requirements, and applicable regulations Conduct regular audits of case files and program documentation Maintain accurate and timely reporting for grants and internal tracking Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program success Prepare reports on program outcomes, impact, and operational metrics Identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements Represent Inspire Together in the San Bernardino community Build and maintain relationships with local partners, agencies, and stakeholders Support community outreach and program visibility initiatives Collaborate with leadership on program planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures Support organizational growth and expansion efforts within the region
Required Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience in a leadership role such as Lead Case Manager or similar within a nonprofit or human services environment
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities Experience with case management systems and documentation Knowledge of compliance, audits, and reporting requirements Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment:
Demonstrated passion for community impact and alignment with Inspire Together's mission Work Environment On-site role based in San Bernardino, CA May require occasional travel within the community for meetings and events
Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
