We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Program Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operational activities across multiple business units, ensuring the smooth execution of process, client support, program administration, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, technologically proficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys problem solving, process development, and working collaboratively with operations, customer service, compliance, development, accounting, and sales teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Support daily operational functions related to ATM, payments, cash to card, event payments, and financial technology programs. Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist with onboarding new clients, vendors, and business partners. Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. Investigate and resolve escalated customer, partner, and operational inquiries. Track and monitor service requests, work orders, and operational projects. Ensure operational processes align with company policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Assist with audits, documentation reviews, and regulatory requests as needed. Work with third- party vendors and banking partners to support ongoing operations. Maintain process documentation and training materials. Participate in special projects and operational needs on a rotating basis, when required.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in operations, banking, payments, customer service, financial services, ATM services, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred:
Experience in ATM operations, payment processing, fintech, gaming, prepaid card programs, or financial services. Experience working with banks, processors, sponsor banks, or regulatory requirements. Knowledge of reconciliation, reporting, settlement, or transaction processing activities. Experience using CRM, ticketing, or project management systems.Success Factors:
