We're searching for a reliable and creative individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cafe Lead . What You'll Do As a Part-Time Cafe Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakeshop.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our customers. Using your creativity and design skills (proficiency in Canva is a must!) to assist with marketing materials, signage, or product displays. Managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. Supporting the team by providing excellent customer service and ensuring product quality. Exercising independent judgment to solve problems and keep the bakeshop running smoothly. Updating the cafe menu and offerings for seasonal changes (being a foodie is beneficial). What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry. Strong multitasking abilities and a knack for staying organized under pressure. Proficiency in Canva and a natural eye for design.
