Full Job Description Part-Time HFS Trainer Location:

Serving clients in South Bay Area About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Part-Time HFS Trainer to join our team in the afternoons. When children are scheduled, you will conduct one-on-one HFS in-home training sessions. About HFS HFS (Hope Focus System) is a unique brain training program that helps children improve focus, self-regulation, and learning ability through structured movement, sensory integration, and bone-conduction music. Responsibilities Work 1:1 with children to deliver HFS training sessions Guide children through structured movement and attention-based activities Record and track progress following program guidelines Communicate effectively with parents and team members Qualifications Experienced working with neurodivergent children, passionate to support their development Prefer to have RBT or BT experiences from ABA Background in education, psychology, kinesiology, or related field Patient, reliable, and willing to learn new methods Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is highly preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Training Provided No prior experience with HFS is required — we provide full training and certification to become an HFS Trainer. Schedule Guaranteed 10+ hours per week Weekday and weekend afternoons (especially after 3pm, exact schedule to be discussed) Compensation Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and qualifications
