Job Description
The Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting care and services for Casa Dorinda' residents who have a documented decline in cognitive function. The Memory Care Coordinator will develop programs and activities that engage residents in a purpose-filled lifestyle and comply with Department of Social Services regulations and established policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to read, write. and speak English
- A Minimum of three (3) years hands-on dementia / Alzheimer's activity program facilitation experience
- Flexibility to work and support a 24/7 community operation
- Able to work every other weekend
