Since 1978, Children & Family Circle of Sonoma County (CFC) has been providing high-quality state subsidized child care and support services to eligible families through our Family Child Care Home Education Network (FCCHEN). In addition, CFC provides support and educational opportunities to our contracted family child care providers. The Program Director has responsibility for the overall functioning of the Family Child Care Education Network (FCCHEN) Program.

Credentials:

Current Child Development Program Director Permit or alternative qualifications as indicated on the Child Development Permit Matrix.

Job Duties Include:

Enrollment and certification of families for care while maintaining appropriate enrollment numbers, monthly reports to CDSS, create and maintain provider forms and files, monthly family fees, assist and collaborate with Education Director, attend appropriate meetings, understanding of and compliance with Title 22, Title 5, and Funding Terms and Conditions, other duties as need.

Requirements Include:

Bilinual Spanish/English preferred, excellent communication and writing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, valid CA drivers license and insurance, clear TB and health screening, appropriate vaccines.
