Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Hybrid) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment A leading university is seeking a Program Coordinator to support industry programs by coordinating events, managing program operations, providing administrative support, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in an academic environment.
Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, special events, and visitor programs, including scheduling, space reservations, onboarding, catering, calendar invitations, virtual meeting setup, and on-site event support. Draft, edit, and maintain presentations, reports, correspondence, course materials, websites, social media content, brochures, and other program documentation while performing research, fact-checking, and ensuring content accuracy. Monitor attendance and participation, manage mailing lists, track program status, serve as a primary point of contact for communications, and provide administrative and logistical support to industry collaborators. Manage purchasing cards, purchase orders, travel reimbursements, program funding, billing activities, and financial tracking while partnering with finance and other program teams to resolve funding, billing, and compliance matters. Support daily program operations by overseeing office supplies, shared spaces, leadership calendars, travel coordination, internal data tracking projects, and assisting with additional workshops and program events as needed.
Program Coordinator Qualifications:
6 years of experience in administrative work or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience coordinating programs, events, meetings, administrative operations, financial processes, and communications in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a hybrid academic-industry environment is preferred. Experience working at a university is preferred.

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (3 days on campus) (Tuesday and Wednesday; the third on-site day will vary depending on business needs). (H)
