Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Director to lead and oversee comprehensive program dedicated to supporting individuals with Substance abuse and mental health at an outpatient addiction treatment center. Must have experience in the field as a program director.

Responsibilities Operational Management:

Direct daily operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and maintaining facility standards.

Clinical Leadership:

Provide or arrange clinical supervision for counselors and staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and treatment protocols.

Compliance & Licensing:

Ensure compliance with state licensing, federal regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., CARF, Joint Commission).

Staff Management:

Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate clinical and support staff to meet program needs.

Program Development:

Develop, implement, and expand treatment programs (e.g., intensive outpatient/IOP, counseling groups) and monitor program outcomes.

Reporting & Data:

Prepare reports, manage documentation, and track key performance metrics for administrative and funding purposes.

Community Liaison:

Maintain partnerships with courts, referral sources, and other community agencies

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
