Job Description

Job Title:
Enrichment Specialist Job Summary:
The Enrichment Specialist works with children and young adults with specialized health care and developmental needs. They develop, implement, and supervise the enrichment activities, which meets the developmental and socialization needs and interests of each client. The enrichment specialist will develop and carry out group activities as well as one-on-one activities with clients. The position requirements include the following: 1. Ability to express skills that show you care through direct quality care. 2. Ability to multi-task and provide a wide variety of care and services to both pediatric and adult populations. 3. Manage small groups of clients (3-8) with the ability to keep their attention, focus their energy and develop individual relationships. Must work well in high-energy situations and understand how to guide and direct positive behavior. 4. Ability to create a respite program that meets the needs of the current client population, understanding that the client's needs and abilities change over time and adapting and remaining flexible with those changes. 5. Excellent time management skills and flexibility with planning. 6. Work alongside a small team of medical professionals that are providing medical care for each client based on their specific needs.

RN Manager Desired Qualifications:
Have two years experience in a school special education program, social or recreational program within the past five years or Experience working with children with special needs Love of children and ability to communicate and develop activities that support a wide array of learning abilities and styles
Requirements:
Clear reference, criminal background check and fingerprint clearance. Ability to communicate effectively with other staff, patients and families A health examination within 90 days prior to employment or within 7 days of hire. The exam will include a medical history and physical evaluation. TB Test Part-time working afternoons 4-5 hours 4 times a week 16-20 hrs weekly average. Compensation Hourly•$18•22 per hour
PTO Pay:
$18.00•$22.00 per hour
